Welcome to our shipping info page! We hope that here you will find answers to all of your questions and we will bring more clarity about how we prepare and ship your item.
- After you make your order and we receive confirmation about the payment we will carefully package your item and prepare it to be sent to you.
- Remember that if you make your order before the end of the working day ( 17h00 GMT +1h00 Summer Time and GMT + 0h00 Winter Time) you have a chance to receive your item one day earlier - will be shipped on the same day.
- It doesn't matter from which country you coming from we ship worldwide with CTT Portuguese Service Post. In addition we will provide you a tracking number by email.
Note: Please note that orders to USA can not be tracked due to the fact that USPS doesn't track packages from Portugal.
- Notice that for different parts of the world the delivery time is quit different. For Europe you may experience delivery time of 3-7 working days but if you are from Canada or Australia you may experience 5-14 working days. For the rest of the world expected delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days.
Note: Sometimes you can experience a longer delay but don't panic it is possible that it is being delayed because of costumes.
